Outline
The programme would look at all the elements involved in the effectiveness of your delivery skills including:

• Vocal delivery
  • Vocal Delivery is a fundamental of effective presentations and individual voice coaching will apply practical explorations to ensure:
    Breath-control that promotes phrasing and aids nervous energy control
  • Effective projection and resonance
  • Effective speech rate maintenance
  • Clear articulation
  • Modulation that ensures vocal variety and impact
  • Vowel and consonant sounds that may affect clarity.
• Non-verbal delivery
  • Non-verbal signals are investigated and applied to promote expression that depicts:
  • Positive kinesics (movement, gesture and energ
  • Effective proxemics (space and level
  • Appropriate eye-contact
  • Approachable animation (facial expression)
• Linguistic delivery
  This aspect examines linguistic expression within the context of a presentation or speech to ensure:
  • Appropriateness in tone and terminology
  • Descriptive oral expression
  • Clarity and conciseness
  • Persuasive expression
• Content enhancement
• We explore strategies to create interest and add variety and impact to content by means of:
• Human interest device
• Analogy and description
• Varying levels of abstraction when presenting technical concepts
• Nervousness control
  This component offers practical techniques towards understanding and managing nervous energy.
• Structuring messages and audience analysis
  This will look at how to analyse the audience and to ensure that the messages in a presentation are structured to meet expectations or requirements.

Tailor-made one-on-one coaching produces best results
Practical interventions are applied to enhance presentation delivery style. Development would occur through a process of analysis, training, application and feedback.

Course Structure

1. An assessment is conducted with a specialist communication coach to assess skill level, needs and outcomes required.
2. A personalised report will be supplied detailing development areas and programme content
3. One-on-one coaching sessions, 1 per week will be conducted to apply. (Feedback included if feedback required for public speaking events
4. A final report will be provided detailing progress and recommendations.

Should there be groups or teams that are interested we do a combination of group and individual sessions to achieve optimum outcomes.
