The IE Group is harnessing the expertise of corporate South Africa’s more experienced industry leaders to facilitate mentorship programmes for the emerging leaders of tomorrow. The concept is about giving back, sustainability and accelerating the impact of South African leaders. It’s about harnessing the past, to enable a better future.
Often organisations have internal mentorship programmes which work poorly or don't exist at all. This is when our panel could be of value. We match mentee’s with industry specific mentors in our highly esteemed and diverse panel. Industry’s span financial, mining and manufacturing, legal, marketing and communications, corporate governance and many more. While mentors are independant and do not work under the employ of the IE Group, our association in this regard allows us to match-make potential mentee's with mentors from this diverse and unique panel and facilitate the process.
